This error starting occurring three days ago. It first happened with my mouse in "Counter Strike - Globally Offensive". Even since then, whenever I'm doing something with some heavy processing, at random points my devices (mouse, keyboard, and webcam) connected to my USB 2.0s in the back of my computer, they'll turn off and can only be turned on with me replugging all the ports. I checked the PSU and it functions normally, along with me checking the USB 2.0 header to see if something was wrong. It all looked completely normal. I tried changing my power plan's option so that the USB selective power is disabled, but sadly it didn't change anything.

Also something I noticed is that it happens a lot, lot more with the mouse than it does with the keyboard, even though the Kana uses 1 led and is otherwise functioning as a good microsoft mouse, while my Corsair k70 uses a language edited by moderator ton of LEDs, connects to corsair software, and has multiple uses within and is effected a lot, lot less.

Are you running off Windows 10 by any chance? If so then disable automatic device driver updates and go into Device Manager and see if any of your devices are flagged with a yellow exclamation mark. If you're not on Windows 10 then are you sure your BIOS, chipset and device drivers are up to date?

MSI:

Steel series:
https://steelseries.com/downloads
AMD chipset:
http://support.amd.com/en-us
Nvidia:
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us or http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us(revert to older GPU drivers thus the secondary link and see if the issue is averted).

Since the issue is with all your USB devices I'd poke the chipset drivers being wonky or that your PSU is defective and can't deliver power through to the USB ports. (if you're not on Windows 10)Try and borrow a PSU from a friend and see if you can replicate the issue.
