Will these parts fit inside the case? Is there anything major that I'm forgetting? Could I remove anything from the build?

This is my first major build, It's meant for gaming mostly, but also for schoolwork, I'm taking online classes next semester and my current PC is a pre-built Lenovo I got from Best-Buy. I have an Uncle who is in the Tech industry and he said that I should check and see if the parts would fit, He'll lend me the tools I need to build the PC. Anyway, enough of my rambling. The specific build is located below.

I know it says that everything is compatible, but will everything fit in the case? Also, Is there anything major that I'm missing? Is there anything that I need or don't need? I don't want to raise the price too high, I'd like to lower it if I can without sacrificing too much of a preformance, $1221.79 is a lot of money to spend on a rig. If anybody else has a better build with the same general preformance that costs less, I'd really like to take a look. I greatly appreciate the feedback. Thanks in advance guys.

Solution
Changed a couple of things. Went with a Dual Channel kit of RAM and smaller PSU. 650 is way more than enough. Also, the onboard sound these days is very good, you don't really need a sound card if all your doing is gaming. Everything should fit fine.
