this screen makes my computer boot up very slow due to this screen Because it checks for drives my hp board did not do that and booted up in 5 secs and this one 29 seconds

if it hp bios you can check to see if there an update. look under boot tab in the bios make sure the splash screen is off. and booting from efi bios only. also check under dispaly devices that it set to gpu or peg first not auto so that the onboard video is off.
