As, I was cleaning my pc I saw the SATA cable loose from the hard drive. One tap and it fell off along with the 7 data pins.

Is there a way to fix this without soldering? If not, how can I extract all the files off of the hard drive?
I have very very important files in it and I regret procrastinating from backup up the data.

PS: The sata cable has the little plastic L inside it.

the cheapest route and best one would be to have someone replace the drive pcb board. there are online stores that sell replacment boards. also places that do replace drives pcb. the only other option is seeing of there a local repair shop that the guy can soilder on a new connector and they sell thta part on digikey. most break the pins are still there if they are you could have apoxied the plastic and the stata plug together as long as the data pins dont bend and touch each other a glued back on connector wont hurt the drive you just wont be able to rma it if it dies. but it looks like from your photo you snapped off all of the pins and the connector.
