I was wondering if I should get fan controllers for this build or just split them and run them straight to the motherboard or split them and run them to a controller which then runs to the motherboard (sorry about the run on sentence)? I also need some suggestions about radiators I have done alot of research but I am still not sure which to get.

If you're interested in controlling your fans the proper way and pretty much every avid watercooler must have a fan controller in their arsenal so yeah you should be getting a fan controller.

Some choices are:
Lamptron(I use the FC-5 v2)
NZXT Sentry
Fractal Adjust 108
G-Vans to name a few

and if your'e looking towrads splitters EK, Phobya, Swiftech make them though the most solid direction to take if going the splitter route alone(and not getting a fan controller due to cost cutting and fear of the cables) would be the Swiftech PWM splitter

For a guide on what sort of a radiator to choose, I'd suggest reading up on the watecooling sticky which is located in my sig, for a better understanding of TDp but if...

Aquacomputer's Airplex Modularity System
XSPC's EX, RX, RS
EK's PE, XE
Alphacool's Nexxos

are some of the rads you can look forward to. Regarding your build, I'd be OCD and get as much EVGA components as possible ;) but a nice build nevertheless!
