So I was playing fallout 4 and my computer crashed. It reboots and shortly after awhile it crashes again. Now this time it won't post/boot. All the fans turn except the graphics card (graphic card works but not when I run it with the other devices). Iv tried switching graphics cards with one that does turn on but still nothing. So I then assumed it was the psu (still might be) and I took that psu and hooked it up to another computer and powered it on. The computer booted up just fine so I was unsure if it was actually the psu. (Also I have all ready tested ram and hard drive and the were still good) now I debated whether or not it was the cpu or the mother board. I have read that the cpu rarely fails so I began trouble shooting the mother board (and because I don't have another motherboard with the same socket to check the cpu). I took out all the ram and waited for the error beeps but got none. so I though it might have been the motherboard and I got a new one. Sadly there is no change. Nothing still post. Please help me.

If there's a case speaker http://images17.newegg.com/is/image/newegg/12-201-032-TS?$S640W$ connected to the motherboard, start it with no RAMs installed. If the CPU fan does spin and no beeps, then the CPU might not work (since board already replaced).

So I don't have a case speaker but my question is do all motherboards have built in speakers? Because now with this new motherboard I took out the ram and turned it on but got no beeps. And sorry I accidentally voted your answer down.

I know but I tested it on a low wattage computer so I'm unsure if the psu has actually gone bad. Iv read that psus can go bad but not fully bad so I'm not sure, plus the psu I have is a 430w which is near the edge of wattage for what my build needs. Is it possible that a psu could drop down in wattage?
