That is a very good build capable of playing the latest games at 1080p at very high to max setting. How long it will last is down to you. Some people who want to max out every game will want to upgrade the GPU in probably 2 years time, however those who are happy to drop to medium or even low setting could get 5-6 years or more. It comes down to when you feel you want to upgrade it.

Good quality parts and what I would consider a mid to high end build. It should easily serve you for 3 or 4 years. The machines struggling to play games now are low end builds from several years ago. When you have a build that barely meets the minimum standards to play games, they become obsolete more quickly.
