Okay so I'm not really sure whats happening. I use to play Call of Duty/Battlefield at a solid 60 FPS (VSync) and after doing a couple of benchmarks and turning Vsync off I was getting 90-130 FPS depending on the game. After keeping Vsync off for about a week I decide to go back to 60 FPS (Cause I notice a few screen tears) and there is so much delay! When I look around I notice a big delay, while before 60 fps for me I didn't notice jack. What is happening?

I believe you are just used to not having a delay without vsync from not using it for so long, and you didn't notice it before because you didn't know any different. I recommend just turning off vsync and dealing with the tearing, I hate vsync.
