Well, there is still one more thing you can turn down. go to file explorer, documents, rockstar games, gta v, right click on settings, then open it with notepad. change shadow quality to 0, this will remove all shadows from the game. It will look like you're playing gta sa, but the fps will be high.

Ok i'll try that but why from the first place cuz my gpu is good and i'm using 900MB of it and the ram , cpu is not fully used do you know why it's pain in the a55 to play gta v :( , ut thanks for the help i'll try this

GTA 5 has ridiculous pc requirements, and playing it on a notebook is kind of difficult.
