I'm building this for a friend. He want cheapest possible build that can run Black Ops III with maximum graphics settings. Here's what i recommended him. Any thoughts on this ?

- Can someone confirm that the ram is compatible with this motherboard ?
- COD recommends Core i5-2500K, how does the Athlon X4 860k compares to this ? Is it enough for COD:BO3 ?
- 480W is enough for this?

forgot to say... under 600$ canadian dollars. that build would exceed the budget

Radeon R9 is just fine for BO3 and exactly the recommended video settings, i'm just worried about the CPU and the RAM compatibility, but you're right the PSU is trash
