Video Card working but not sure if installed correctly

I got a Sapphire R9 390 installed on my motherboard. I had been using it for like over a month now. I just realized that it doesn't seem like installed correctly so I removed it and installed it again. I heard a click this time but when i checked it was installed the same way I installed before. I can't remove my GPU right now since the PCie lock is being a pain. I typed this to the PC where I have my GPU Installed. I have an Enthoo Luxe and an Asus Z170 Maximus Ranger Motherboard. Will it be okay in the long run? I don't want to see my GPU just break down one day and see something snap. When I installed my GPU I had to hold it and push it upward so I can screw it
