What is the maximum power of a 1.0 x16 PCIE?

I'm looking to get the Geforce gtx 750 ti graphics card, which runs on 3.0 x16 PCIE. After extensive research I am to understand that the bandwidth and performance will not be a problem if I ran the card on a 1.0 x16, because it is backwards compatible. However, the 750 ti does not draw any power from the power supply, and draws it straight from the PCIE slot. So will my card run? Does a 1.0 x16 PCIE slot hold enough power to power this card?

750Ti draws 60W. ThePCIe 16x has 75W. Except there is a 25W limt for servers. HP used this in some SFF Desktops. So it's best check the manual for your computer.Generally any card without an extra power connector will run off of the 16x slot.
