out of the two the Intel chip is newer and will literally pee all over the 8320 in terms of performance

Intel skylake i7 6700k paired with an AMD's Radeon R9 390, the reason behind this are:
1. Intel's i7 6700k has a huge single threaded performance compared to AMD's Vishera FX 8320
2. Intel's i7 6700k has latest 14nm node VS AMD's old 32nm, meaning you might get huge Overclocking head room on your intel i7 6700k, future proofing for at least 4 years.
3. With skylake processors you also get a new updated DDR4 platform.
