improperly shutdown pc now won't turn on

Sister turned of my pc improperly and now it won't turn on I already replaced my power supply what else could it be

How was it shut down? Pulling the plug or flipping the switch on the PSU isn't worse than a power failure. It could also be the motherboard, a memory module, a GPU or something else that failed and your sister probably didn't do anything that caused the issue. Why not test it outside of the case with minimal components (motherboard and CPU only)?
