Disk Boot Failure, Insert System Disc and Press Enter Error

Hi, I'm just finish building my first computer. But I'm running into an error while booting. The last two lines read "Verifying DMI Pool Data .........." then below that it reads Disk Boot Failure, Insert System Disk and Press Enter". From what I have read, many say it is the hard drive. However I have checked the sata connection and the power connection. I have switched sata cables, and have used different sata ports.


I don't know if this would help, but my part list is:

Processor: AMD FX-6300
Motherboard: Gigabyte 78lmt-usb3
Hard Drive: Western Digital Blue
Graphics Card: EVGA GTX 950 ftw
Case: Vivo V02
Power Supply: EVGA 500B
Memory: G Skill Ripjaws

It doesn't get to the main menu in order to change the boot order.

As you power on hit the DEL key lots of times and keep doing it till the BIOS menu loads

Do not use a wireless keyboard , or a usb keyboard in a USB3 port
