Hello I'm from venezuela and my ISP name is "Inter". I have a really big problem with my internet, the thing is that i have a good download and upload speed (10mb down & 768 up) but my latency and jitter is reaaaaally high. When i call to support they say everything looks fine even if i tell them that i have a latency problem, there have been a couple of tech's (5-6 months ago, it's impossible to get one legal today due to all the problems that they already have) that came over but they agree with the support by telling me that everything looks fine (it really pisses me off lol). I've had this problem like forever (maybe 4-5 years), I wasn't really paying attention to it because I have another ISP.
