Hello. I have an AMD A8-7600 APU with 2x4GB 1866MHz RAM. I've noticed that it only uses around 700MB of the RAM, and I want it to use more.

My motherboard is a Gigabyte F2A78M-HD2. I've been searching awhile in the BIOS now, but I don't want to tinker with anything else here since I'm not that knowledgeable on this. If anyone has any answers and/or suggestions, please answer. Thanks.

I think you got something wrong there. You got 8gb RAM and your PC is currently using 700mb right? Well why would it use more if it doesn't need to? :D
If it would be using the full 8gb RAM at the moment, then you won't be able to start ANYTHING and stuff will crash, because of a RAM shortage.
If you open more internet tabs or start a game, then it will be using more than 700mb.
