Hello currently i am having these specs
Amd fx 4300 (4 cpu's)
8gb hyper x kingston ram
1tb sata HDD
Gpu:gtx 750 Ti
(Buying ssd later on)

So my question is i am planning to buy Antec vp450p 450 watts psu
Also i need to upgrade my cpu to fx 8320 soon..!!

So is this antec psu is sufficent to my rig ? Now and also when i upgrade to 8320 ??? Because want to save some bucks...!!

Will it bottleneck if i upgrade the cpu ??
Currently having circle v2.31 psu which is poor psu causing me fps drops..!!

VP-450 is a decent unit - you will have no problem. Your whole system will end up consuming less than 300W for sure.

Also, I told you that upgrading to an FX-8320 is kind of a waste if you care about gaming because it will give little to none substantial boost. If you video-edit and do heavy multi-tasking then I see the reason for your upgrade to the 8-core FX.
