Sorry that you are facing issues with your WD drive.
As there is something wrong with the drive, it may be a good idea to back up the data stored on it.
Which testing tool have you used? I guess you can test the drive with WD's Data Lifeguard Diagnostic tool(both short and extended tests):

Sometimes the writing zeros process helps when it comes to logical bad sectors. So, you can write zeros on the drive with the DLG tool and re test afterwards. Keep in mind that this will wipe all the data as it fills in 0 value in each sector. This will not help if the bad sectors are hardware ones though.
Is the drive under warranty?
