Since you aren't planning on doing overclocking or SLI, I switched out the CPU to the locked version of the i5 and the motherboard to the non OC/SLI version of it as well to save money. Your other choices were solid for your budget so I kept them as is.

Hey idk alot about pcs but what frames would he get on ultra.or on battlefield 4 ultra I'm planning on doing a build too and what would be better for battlefield his or mine? Thanks

Why not go Skylake which you can easily do on that budget?

That is better and cheaper than the proposed build, and a better CPU than the 4460 is.

idk anything about PCs I just want to be able to run the next 2-3 battlefield on either ultra or regular with 60fos will my build do that?

In this particular case I would forgo overclocking and go with a faster stock clocked CPU. Having the newer platform will allow you access to the newer hardware that will become available with fewer upgrades to have to deal with, which will ensure system longevity. It will be a smarter long run investment.

Not with that power supply - those are some of the worst you can buy. And definitely don't get that RAM either - don't buy RAM if it doesn't have a heat sink. The build I linked to above is just slightly over $800 but it will be far better than most of the parts in that particular build.
