What for a power supply i need, its my PSU good enough?

Corsair CX 750, 750 Watts

- Intel Core i7 4770
- Arctic Freezer 13
- 4x4 GB Intel Extreme Masters 1866Mhz
- XFX R9 290X CrossFire Core
- ASUS Z97 Pro Gamer
- 250GB 840 EVO,1TB WD BLUE, 1TB Baracuda
- 5x 120MM Cooler
- 1x Frontpanel Fan Controll
- 2x DVD/Blue - Ray / CD ASUS

-Roccat ISKU FX
-Logitech G700S
-Logitech Z623

For a high powered gaming build, a CX is not of appropriate quality to go the distance.

I would look at this list and try to find something in Tier's 1 or 2:

Also, if you ever had any thoughts of CrossFiring the 290X to eek out an extra couple of years (or if you upgraded your monitor), you may want to go with a 1000w PSU now:
