Can i install window 7 graphic driver although im in window 10 right now.. im currently using ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4500 Series but then i've found out that the default driver was ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5430 , so i was thinking about installing it

well im not really a fan of buying hardcore gaming mouse, so i just use regular mouse you wouldn't even know it exist .. already turn off VSync in the game but it still gave me the lag :\
