So for Christmas I got a FX 8320 to replace my FX 6300 CPU and 16gb of ddr3 ram 1866mhz to replace my 8gb kit running at 1600mhz. Problem is that after a successful and problem-free upgrade, I turn on the PC, it beeps, all fans start up execpt for one (normal, it does start up after a while), lights flash in the DVD and blue ray drives and all seems good except for one thing. The PC will not display to the monitor for some reason. I had used the computer and monitor for a year now and no problems had occurred.

I decided to which back to my normal CPU and ram but for some reason, the PC still refuses to display, so I thought it was the two r9 270s I had. I checked if they were seated wrong or some of the cables had disconnected whilst I was moving the PC around, turning it on its side and generally moving it from a desk to another desk. Everything was connected properly, and everything should've.

PC SPECS:
FX 6300 > FX 8320
MSI 970 gaming
8gb 1600mhz DDR3 Kingston hyperX > 16gb 1866mhz
Dual sapphire R9 270s in crossfire
Corsair obsidian 400D
1tb sea gate barracuda HDD
240gb Kingston v300 SSD
XFX 750W 80+ Gold
7 Case fans (3 non-led and 4 with red LEDs)
CRYORIG Ulimate CPU cooler
Asus 24x DVD drive
LG Blu Ray and DVD drive combo

Solution
Ok, i fixed it. All I did was that i cleared the Cmos on the MoBo. The Cmos wasn't working becasue i ahd overclocked my previous RAM and panicked when i put in RAM running at a different speed and tick rate.

Ok, so I think it is a RAM problem since I have noticed that the computer beeps shortly twice around 2 to 4 seconds apart. I looked up what this could mean and the mean and I found out that it would be either that the ram isn't recognised or is having issues.

I start playing around with the ram, putting it in different slots, changing between one stick and two and swapping out the old with the new ram, but nothing. I get the same two shirt beeps no matter what I do and no display to the monitor.
