respected experts i wamt some help for upgrading to i7 but which 1 6700k or 4790 k i want it for gaming only my budget is 1lac rs

An i7 has no advantage over an i5 in gaming. If you want the i7, you will have to downgrade your GPU to a 970. That will affect your gaming experience greatly. What resolution are you gaming at?

Having an i 5 will still allow you to play on 1080 it has nothing to do with resolution. I'd suggest to do he says or you wont get the best out of what you want.
