Second hdd problem

Hi i recently added second hdd in my old pc (he is empty and dont have anything on him) and after that my pc is lagging like hell system boots in 5 minutes lol and pc becomes unusable but when i disconnect him everything is okay. My specs OS: Windows xp prof 32 byte
Mobo : Ga p31 es3g
Ram mushkin ddr2 4 gb 800Mhz dual channel
CPU Intel dual core e5200
GPU Asus hd6670 2gb ddr3 dx11
PSU Trendsonic 550w T-500ATX
FIRST hdd which is operational and usable(have xp installed on him) SAMSUNG HD322HJ

Second new added hdd is this:

Yes that is new drive and i only run HD Tune pro and it showed rellocated sector count 4 and warning about that

Then it is already failing.
Was there a warranty with this?

My opinion is that you were just waiting for something like this to blame on it because you cant figure out the problem. I bought it used even if it's failing it shouldnt make any OS slowdowns since it is secondary empty non bootable drive and my bootable windows hard disk (first one) have value of 10 in rellocated sectors and problem with calibration and error in communication and it is more or less performing normaly

Because they are clinging to the any problem i describe to them so they can put finger on it and blame that problem and see it as solution.

I will try with ports and will post it tommorow becasue i bought 2 new sata cables 2 days ago

Second hdd need formatting and it worked okay but have critical failure error in all diagnostics and i trow it away in garbage
