Comtrend Modem/Router Access Trouble

Hello! I recently got a new Comtrend modem/router combo model number AR-5381u, and it has been just as good as any other modem, but I cannot for the life of me access it via the internet (192.168.5.1) because none of the usernames and passwords I put in seem to work, now normally I would assume that the default password had been changed, only it hasn't been to my understanding. I have no neighbors that could be pulling a prank me and changing it. I have tried every username/password combo on this list http://portforward.com/default_username_password/comtrend.htm as well as my wi-fi password. At this point I don't care if I have to reset it, just wanted ot know what you guys thought I should do.
