Decent budget gaming pc?

I just got into pc gaming and I want to build my first game pc, is this build good enough to run games like h1z1, GTA v and battlefield 4?

Case: Cooler master K-350
Motherboard: MSI A68HM Grenade
Processor: AMD Athlon X4 860K
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR3-1600
Graphics card: AMD Radeon R7 370 2GB
Hard drive: 1000 GB Sata III
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 103

Never buy 860k, many games don't run well on this cpu. Rather buy fx 6300 or pentium g3258 with am3+ mobo or lga 1150 mobo. Rest is good. If possible get the gtx950 instead of r7 370 which costs same with better performance

What if I replace the Motherboard with a MSI 970A-G43 and the processor with a AMD Vishera FX-8320, I know it's more expensive but is it better?

It is a better choice, but personally I would suggest Pentium G3258+ b85m motherboard+Gtx960 or R9 380 to get the most out of your budget. You can overclock g3258 upto 4.2 ghz on stock cooler and upto 4.8 on aftermarket cooler. Plus you can later upgrade to i7 after a few years. A stock g3258 has much faster in game performance than fx8320 at lower price.

The gtx950 is more expensive in my country, it's 40 euros more, is it worth paying more or is the performance not that much better?

No 40 euros is not worth it. If possible take a look at R9 380, its much more powerful than the Gtx 950 and it also costs around 40 euros more than the R7 370. If you are spending 40 euros more, better spend it on a R9 380, but don't spend it on gtx950.
