I have a this question and i am a newbie for all of this water cooling thing..

So i wanted to know that if i buy a closed loop cooler like corsair 100i and later on when i am building my water cooling setup can i reuse its radiator and cpu block in my water cooling setup by cutting the tubes and attaching it to other components like reservoir..

http://www.performance-pcs.com/complete-kits/shopby/brand--alphacool--aquacomputer--koolance--swiftech/pump-type--other--ddc--d5/radiator-size--360-3-x-120mm/?

here are some good starter kits for the CPU.

I would not recommend getting a 100i, these units, and others like them, may have water in the system, but preform at a same level as a good air cooler. there is a difference between air cooling, and water cooling, but these kinds of units do not show that.

think of it like the as seen on TV ads, they always claim there products are better then what they really are, the same for the 100i, the box claims it preforms as well as a $300 setup, but the reality is, that it does not.

I hope this helps
