I just replaced my old i5-3570k cpu with a new i7-4790k cpu. After installing it my computer now goes into a reboot loop every couple of seconds. All of the fans go on except the cpu fan which only twitches before restarting. I put the i5 back in with the new heat sink and it works fine. Could it be a compatibility issue? Or maybe a power supply issue? I don't know, I'm very new to this. Any help is much appreciated.
