Which CPU to get?

Basically the situation I have is that I have been offered an Intel i7 5820k coy for £215 quid brand new!
Should I get a 4790k for 245.00 instead? Which one is better? Will I see a differnece? What speed can I oc a 5820k to? Will it work with an msi gaming 5?

if you are going to be gaming get a 4790k but if you are going to be video editing and rendering get the 5820k i say this because the 4790k has better single core performance and games rely more on single core preformance

They're basically the same in gaming, but when it comes to video editing get the 5820k.
