I installed Gta V and the first mission was playable with 60-70 FPS, but after a while, the game started stuttering, and I 60-70 fps, then start freeze for secs (lagging). I tried everything but i didn't managed to fix it. Please, somebody give me a config, or tips, advice anything. Thanks, and sorry for my bad english.

It helped me! Shud help you too.

edit the settings.xml file present in the Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V folder.

Edit the given values & set them as..

<LodScale value="-0.500000" />

<PedLodBias value="-0.500000" />

<VehicleLodBias value="-0.500000" />

<CityDensity value="-0.400000" />

You can play and set the value that suits you the best.

I had similar issues. It's a memory leak problem. If your game isn't updated I suggest you do it, as there could be a fix now as I played at time of release. Some people suggested alt-tabbing out of the game and then coming back in (not recommended as it could crash the game) solved their problems. It did for a while, for me, but problem started happening again.
Update your drivers too if you hadn't done that.
