I just recently installed a new corsair cx600m power supply and an ASUS geforce gtx 960. Ever since installing it my computer has ran very slowly and tries to freeze when updating the drivers. I've checked cpu-z gpu-z etc. and everything says it's installed correctly. Everything is plugged in correctly as well, it just simply runs terribly. These are my cpu specs

System model: z1-7461
Bios: default system bios (i'm assuming it's booting to my gpu correctly if it says this)
processor: amd fx 8320 eight core processor 3.5 ghz
gpu: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960
driver version: 10.18.5354 (according to dx diag)

If anything else is needed let me know!

Well what we need is your performance stats. Can't diagnose anything without seeing how bad the problem is. What FPS are you getting on games? Also, the driver version is wrong, it doesn't mean anything. Go to NVIDIA GeForce experience and tell me the driver version it says there. There was a glitch in a driver that was released a few weeks ago that didn't allow drivers to be updated automatically. If it is ok a screenshot of you GeForce exp update page would be nice.

I got it fixed. My old gpu was a Radeon. So I had to completely remove anything related to the old gpu and all drivers period then the experience program finally did the driver installation right. It's running everything great now :D
