yes but strange thing is when both 6-pins are connected and power is on i dont have to hold down power button, pc just shuts down immediately when i press power button

That is addressed in BIOS settings, immediate shutdown or 4 seconds delay.

yes but when i plug only one 6-pin and try it it has now delay when i press power button, so does that bios setting maybe affect it?
It probably recognizes GPU immediately and sets accordingly. Shouldn't run GPU without all power connections anyway, it could burn it's power circuit !

i found some other people with similar problem and the solution was legacy bios setting, so it could be my problem too, some HP motherboards require legacy bios setting changed in order to work with other gpu's or that's what i read from other forums.
