I've recently formatted my hard drive and re-installed Windows 7, however my motherboard is refusing to see my GPU according to Run>dxdiag>Display, as such the computer is stuck in 800x600 resolution. I have installed the proper drivers through AMD's auto-detect tool, which saw the GPU, but that didn't change anything even after restarting the computer several times. The same GPU has worked on the same motherboard for several years now, so I doubt it's a compatibility issue.
Edit: Turns out the drivers were not actually installed even though the automatic tool said so. Downloading Catalyst Control Center (which seemed to be buried in AMD's site for some reason) has fixed the issue.
