I've recently upgraded to a Skylake build and I've been having issues with complete graphical freezes. I'll be on the desktop, playing a game, or doing anything, and it will randomly freeze the whole system, with no mouse control, and need a force shutdown. I've also had blue screens when waking the computer up from Sleep mode. I've narrowed the problem down to either the memory itself, or the motherboard's connection with the memory. Oddly enough, the problem isn't as present whenever I put a fan directly aimed at the memory.

The RAM is Panram Ninja-V DDR4 2400 Mhz 2x8GB. I have it clocked at 2133 in the BIOS and set to 1.2V.

System specs:
CPU: i5-6600 Skylake
RAM: 16GB 2400MHz DDR4
Mobo: MSi Z-170A Krait
GPU: 2x Crossfire R9 280 3GB, one is MSi, other is Sapphire, both clocked at 970 MHz
240GB SSD and 1TB WD Hard Drive configuration
850W Corsair HX

I made sure to update to the most recent, I just put it at 2400 and it froze again, and timings were set right. Still freezes.

Still froze multiple times. Tried raising voltage incrementally, up to .06, but every time it still froze about a half hour to 2 hours of being on. The only thing I can think to try right now is to order new RAM and test it, and if it still freezes, then I'll know it's the motherboard's problem and will RMA it... unless I can find a fix that is. I'm still up for troubleshooting if anyone has suggestions.

Well, I got the new RAM and low and behold, it still froze. However, I think I found a fix that has worked for two days so far. I lowered the CPU's ring bus ratio from 3900Mhz to 3300Mhz to match the base clock speed of the processor. I haven't had a crash since, even after playing Battlefront and Payday 2 for extended periods of time, which is when it usually happens. If it was this simple the whole time and I don't get another freeze, I'm gonna feel pretty dumb for ordering new RAM sticks...
