My computer won't turn on after I shutdown but the mother board light is still on. I've found a way to turn it back on by flipping the switch on the power supply and letting the power drain out then flipping the switch back on and then my pc will power back on. When I first got my pc it did it a few times every now and then now it does it more often. I think it might be my power supply but I'm not sure. I lifted my computer up Looked underneath the computer while it was running and my power supply fan wasn't turning. I don't know if there always supposed to be turning but it wasn't turning. I need help on this bad I can't figure it out and I spent a good amount of money on it so I'm hoping I can figure out what's wrong so I can fix it. If you have any idea what could be wrong with it please help. It's a custom built pc here's the specs
