My CPU doesn't have power or my fan doesn't at least and my keyboard and mouse aren't turning on. I have the 12v cable plugged in but the PC still won't fully boot. Fans, lights, optical drive, GPU all work. Corsair RM 1000 with a gigabyte ga-970a-ud3p. Please help
