After installing my new Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. I powered on my PC. Would turn on and off every few seconds. So I started taking the parts out none of them changed it. But when i had pulled all of the RAM out except for one stick it booted up fine.

RAM:Crucial Ballistix Sport 4x4GB DDR3
Processor:Intel i5-4690k 3.5Ghz
GPU:Gigabyte GTX 960
Motherboard:ASRock Z97 Extreme3
PSU:EVGA 500 Watt Bronze PSU
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Make sure the memory is installed properly in their slots.

Check that the CPU cooler is mounted evenly on the CPU. Loosen and retighten CPU cooler mounting screws as required. It may require complete removal and then re-installation of the CPU cooler.

Uneven mounting of the CPU cooler may exert uneven pressure on the CPU causing it to tilt slightly and possibly lose contact with some pins, which in turn may cause memory access problems.
