I7 hands down. Absolutely no point in a 2 core processor for anything ore than light office work or Web surfing. The g3258 will OC like a champ on a cheap board, but you'll be limited to old games or single thread games like skyrim. New titles are using upto 8 cores for AMD and 4+HT for Intel, some even specifying a quad core minimum required like GTA:V (there are hacks for that but playability is still dismal)

Out of those, i would probably choose the i7, due to the core count, it may be old but games are now utilizing more than 2 cores. That Pentium does have better single threaded performance though, it just depends on what your doing. If you are gaming i would have to give my vote to the i7
