Is the ATNG ATM-600FB good enough for overclocking a gtx 980ti and i5 4670k?

I wouldn't take that PSU to those levels on that sort of hardware. Units like these:
don't provide the advertised power and usually range from either providing half or close to 3/4th's of what is stated. Please refer to the PSU tier list. On that note do we have a budget to work with and a preferred site to purchase from? We've already established that you shouldn't be running those components on that unit.
