Between the Asus MX279H, BenQ RL2455HM, BenQ RL2755HM, and the Asus VG248QE, which is best for a gaming console. I play on Xbox One/Xbox 360 and on PS4/PS3. I have heard the VG248QE is more for gaming on PCs, but is it also good for consoles. The MX279H is an IPS and I heard it has around 12ms response time from some review, but is it ok. I heard the two BenQ monitors are mostly the same except the 24" has better "pixel density", but the 27" has better color. I also heard that the two BenQ monitor create "jagged lines", but I don't know if that is true or if it is really noticeable. So overall which is the absolute best monitor for console gaming.

Overall I am looking for:
-$400 or less
-Low input lag
-Low response time
-Low motion blur/ghosting
-Good picture/color/image quality
-24" to 27"

Thanks

Pretty much any monitor that 1080p and got a decent display. As a standard almost all monitors come at 60hz and consoles only output a max of 60fps so theres no point buying a 144hz monitor youd be wasting your money so something like the BenQ RL2455HM or the RL2755HM will ofeer low input lag at 1ms 60hz black equaliser and speakers for that hdmi input youll be using at a very budget price that what I would reccomend.
