Okay, im about ready to give up on this and take the graphics card back, I recently installed a new card in my pc, but when I plug in the monitor to the card it doesn't get a signal, so when I tried to go in the BIOS settings to try to change it from onboard graphics to pci e, there isn't even an option for it. I tried uninstalling/disabling the onboard card still no luck, I tried changing the monitors default screen, I tried auto and the other 2 and still (during that I had the monitor plug in the card) and changed it, however on the VGA port, it didn't say no signal it, it said it was going to power saver mode, I am really confused please help.
