HI, I have an Hp envy dv6 laptop... it came with a 32 GB SSD and 1 TB HDD... in the past when the system was new i made the SSD as the cache but the system crashed after i left the computer on standby and i had to reinstall the windows again... i don't remember much how the technician set up my windows again.... The problem now is that few days ago i reverted back to windows 8.1 from windows 10 and i formatted the unused SSD and set the whole of it as cache again in the enhanced mode... but again when i left the laptop on standby all the system crashed... there was no OS and no partitions... i reinstalled windows 8.1 but i cant find my SSD in device manager or My computer. although HWInfo displays its details.
my questions are...
1. How do i turn off this RAID configuration arrays? i don't have much knowledge even though i have surfed and read articles all day long.
2. Is there an explanation for why my laptop behaves like this every time i set my SSD as the cache?
3. I am unable to find my SSD in device manager. how do i locate it?
4. Is there any way i can recover my precious data? i have tried Easeus data recovery tool but i have not made any partitions yet, so i think it only shows recoverable files for C drive which presently is the whole 1 Tb unlike before.....
P.S my bios doesnt show any option to modify RAID mode or the option to switch to AHCI. Honestly i don't even know what these are for.
P.P.S Maybe it has to do something with the rapid start technology driver?

Sorry for the long question... I would really appreciate a solution or any kind of help :)
