yes aslong as you have PCI E x16 slots, your board has 3. Not only one But your board can have 2 390X cards running at the same time for double the power.

Cool, thank you. Was asking as can't get it working so was going to return it before messing about with finding why it's not working. Must be window 7 driver issues?

are you plugging it into the top PCIe slot?
And and are you plugging the monitor to the GPU directly or are you plugging it to the motherboard?
Plug HDMI cable or whatever cable your using into the back of the graphics card
Am plugged in the second PCIe slot, I'm using the USB3 port on the Mboard so want fit in the top slot, I am using the HDMI in the Mboard at the mo as don't get a picture from the being plugged in the back of the card?
