core i5 4460 or 4590 or 4690K Gaming ONLY !!!???

Hello guys i want to build a pc and i already have a motherboard it's the asus maxius VII ranger and i dont know if there is a difference between th core i5 4460/4590/4690k for gaming i dont want to overclock yet and i know that the 4690k is the best for oc but for now it's not important i have a gtx 970 btw so which one is the best for me is it worth paying more for the 4590 or the 4690K ???
so please help me and thank you

The 4590 will be enough for you but if you want to have the option of overclocking which boosts the performance a lot in the future then I'd suggest going for a 4690k, but for normal consumer use and normal gaming the 4590 would be plenty.

thanks alot but what is the difference between the 4460 and the 4590 because i can buy the 4460 now if its a good pick and upgrade it next year by buying a new processor so what about that ??

I have the later two in two different PCs. The performance is pretty much identical unless the i5-4690k is overclocked.

Well the price difference should only be a few dollars and the 4590 provides better clock and way better turbo boost clock, but if you are going to upgrade again next year then you could go with a 4460.
