does integrated sound card or integrated wifi card uses processor's #max pci lanes or chipset's #max pci lanes?

i am going to buy i5 6600k having #max pci lanes 16 & motherboard with B150 chipset having #max pci lanes 8.
my motherboard has integrated sound card and integrated wifi card..
And I am not going to install any dedicated sound card or dedicated wifi card.
And my gpu would be GTX 970 which requires 1 PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16
My motherboard has 1 PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16 & 2 PCI Express x1 slots..
(every PCIe slot conforms to 3.0 standard)

So my single GPU (gtx 970) would be running at what PCIe lane speed (x4 or x8 or x16) ??
And would I be able to get full performance of my gpu?? if not then how much less performance of my GPU would I be getting??

(I have no plan for SLI/cf)

PLEASE HELP..
THANKS IN ADVANCE

Solution
...
There are x16 lanes built in to the processor just for the graphics card .

The other lanes are built in to the chip on the motherboard
Putting your graphics card into the x16 slot connects it directly to the processor at x16.

All the other lanes on the motherboard are still available and are not used by either onboard sound or onboard networking [ either wired or wireless]
If you add a sound card or a network card it would use the lanes from the mb to the slot .

so does that mean (from the above specification of my config.) I have total 24 (16+8) PCIe lanes of which I have used 16 lanes for my single GPU (gtx 970) and still has 8 lanes left with me & can use those 8 lanes for dedicated PCIe sound card or wifi card??

Exactly . Those 8 available lanes will be wired into the smaller pci-e slots on the mb and some may be reserved for things like an M.2 hard drive . In some boards those 8 lanes are either for data to a slot or data to an M.2 drive and cannot be used for both . Obviously that means if you add the M.2 drive the slot stops functioning .
Thats not going to be an issue for your board though

I am going to use Gigabyte GA B150M D2V mobo with the config. I mentioned above...
But this mobo dont have in build wifi card..
So can I install a dedicated wifi card & bluetooth card in this mobo??
If yes then which PCIe slot does it require and how many lanes will it consume??
Will it affect my GPU performance??

Gigabyte B150M D2V, but it has no in build wifi adapter: D
but can I use dedicated PCIe wireless adapter and still be good with my GPU performance??
