How to update Asus P5GC MX 1333 BIOS

I am using ASUS P5GC MX1333 Motherboard, & Intel 945 Chipset, with Windows 7, as operating system. Recently, it was upgraded to Windows 10, but facing some Problems. Processor also updated to 2.8 Ghz, from 2.4 Ghz. It says that, Upgrade BIOS, for Better results. I don't know?

did you read the motherboard manual? there's most likely a .ROM file that you need to download, copy onto a USB stick, and then hit Alt-F2 or something like that during booting to get into the BIOS update tool.

read the manual.
