Hello, Please help me, Recently i upgraded my System aiming towards games, I acquired a Asus M5a97 LE R2.0 Mobo from a friend who used it for 6months including AMD FX 6300 3.5ghz & Sapphire R9 270x CArd, i patched it with my corsair 8gb vengeance, 1TB WD HDD & Corsair VS 450W PSU ( Now Upgraded to Antec 650W). Recently the 270x gave up & had sent it to RMA , in the meantime i plugged in my prvs card of 3-4 years old Asus Geforce 210 1GB (used it for 3years & gave rest only for 15days) and surprisisngly it to gave up after 1o days, i didnt noticed any malfunctions or inappropriate behaviour before they died, i'm guessing the Mobo is responsible behind these at now as RMA Successfuly completed i got a free upgrade of R9 290x Tri-X 4Gb from Sapphire, Now im getting fear to place this card in the mobo, Please help me, how i can i assure myself it is bug/problem free.

Ive spent the past 8 months working in one of Australia's biggest pc part retailers. I wouldnt touch AMD/ATI with a ten foot pole.

It could be coincidence, the mobo or the PSU. You want to be headache free go with intel/nvidia. Sure it cost a few $ more but it gives you way less nonsense like this. You wouldnt believe the amount of returns of AMD/ATI products vs intel/nvidia.
