Need some help guys, going to buy my new graphics card today just need to know what the difference between the two cards are, if someone could give me a little breakdown that would be amazing!

http://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-R9-380-Gaming-Graphics/dp/B00ZPOBI0M/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1451131522&sr=1-1&keywords=r9+380

Also will either of these boards work fine with a MSI H61MU-E35 motherboard?

Main difference is they have different coolers. There is a minor difference between the core clock speeds but it is negligible. You could also overclock either cards past their stated clock speeds.
Either will work with that motherboard as long your psu can support the card.

I'm currently using a Coolmaster Elite 500W PSU

It's not a good psu to use with a R9 380. Your psu doesn't support the required pcie cables for either cards. The gigabyte R9 380 G1 gaming requires one 8 pin whilst the MSI Gaming R9 380 requires two 6 pin.
Your psu only support up to one 6pin.

Both cards are ratwd at 500W get a 600-650 before you burn your psu out and potentially everything else, people forget how important psus are, theyre essentially the heart of the computer
