Possible Cooler Master V8 GTS Compatibility Issues?

Hello,
I'm in the process of upgrading my system and was looking into the Cooler Master V8 GTS Cooler. From what i have heard it is a good cooler and would be a extremely good upgrade from the standard AMD cooler i am currently using, however from reading some reviews and viewing some videos i seen that it is a fairly large cooler, with some people running into some space issues. I have checked that it fits into my Case (ZalmanZ11) and should be good to go but i am worried that the cooler may block the first few RAM slots and the top PCIe Slot on my motherboard (MSI A88X-G45). I will be changing the RAM shortly and am hoping to be able to use all four Dimm slots on the motherboard. So my question is this, will the Cooler Master V8 GTS fit onto my motherboard and still allow me to use all of the RAM slots and top PCIe Slot? or should i go with the less aesthetically pleasing Hyper Evo 212?

I have just bought this for my computer. I have no problem with the Ram on the far right of it it has a few cm of space between it and the board, so if you haven't got massive vengeance like heat syncs on your ram then your fine.

For the Pci-E I didnt have any problems but it is very snug and less than a centimetre away from each other. I was fine with this but if you werent you could always move your (gpu or hardware going in to the Pci-e) down in your case and use a Pci-e extendor to use the slot still. But yes my board is a micro Atx and the pci-e is close to the cpu socket and it fits... Still i would check the dimensions over as it is big and expensive. Hope this helped ;)
